Cancellation by Participant

• Once a registration for a conference seat is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
• Participants who are unable to attend the event for any reason will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer of the booking to another event.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Organizer

• In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, registered participants will be notified via their registered email address or phone number.
• In such cases, the organizer may offer alternative solutions such as:
  • Transfer of the booking to a rescheduled date or future event, or
  • A refund at the discretion of the organizer.

No-show Policy

• If a participant fails to attend the event on the scheduled dates, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund or credit will be provided.
