• All registrations are processed through our secure online payment gateway (Razorpay or other approved platforms).
• A booking is confirmed only after full payment is successfully processed.
• Registration is non-transferable unless expressly approved by the organizer in writing.
• Participants are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information during registration.

3. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices for conference seats are listed in [Currency] and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated during checkout.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify ticket prices at any time; however, this will not affect confirmed and paid bookings.

4. Refund and Cancellation

• Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• In case the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, participants will be notified and offered alternative arrangements at the organizer’s discretion.

5. Event Attendance

• Participants are required to carry a valid ID proof and the digital confirmation email/ticket received after payment for entry into the event.
• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone without proper proof of registration.
• Attendees must adhere to all guidelines, instructions, and code of conduct issued by the organizer during the event.

6. Use of Digital Materials

• Any digital content, presentation materials, or resources shared during the conference are for personal educational use only.
• Participants are prohibited from recording, reproducing, or distributing event materials without prior written consent from the organizer.

7. Liability

• The organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during travel to/from the venue or during the event.
• The organizer is not responsible for technical disruptions, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances that may impact the event.

8. Privacy

• All personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Amendments
